Permission is hereby granted to any person or entity obtaining a copy
of the licensed media assets (the "Media") to use the Media subject to
the terms and conditions set forth below.

This License governs the use, modification, distribution, and display
of non-code media assets.

This License does not apply to software source code, datasets, or
documentation, which may be licensed under separate terms.

1. Definitions

"Media" means any visual, audio, or audiovisual asset, including but
not limited to images, icons, logos, illustrations, textures, fonts,
audio files, video files, animations, and user interface assets,
provided under this License.

"Derived Media" means any modification, adaptation, transformation,
or combination of the Media that results in a new media asset.

"Artificial Intelligence System" ("AI System") means any system,
model, or process capable of generating, modifying, or analyzing
media content using automated or machine learning techniques.

"Reconstruction" means the ability of an AI System or other process
to reproduce or generate media content that is substantially similar
to the original Media in a recognizable form.

"Commercial Use" means use of the Media in connection with
monetization, paid access, advertising, subscription services,
commercial products, or revenue-generating activities.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the copyright holder, the Media
MAY be used for:

a) Viewing, displaying, and embedding the Media;
b) Modifying or creating Derived Media;
c) Distribution of the Media or Derived Media;
d) Commercial and non-commercial purposes;
e) Inclusion in software, websites, applications, or other products.

3. Attribution

Any public use or distribution of the Media or Derived Media must
include appropriate attribution acknowledging the original source,
unless the Media is explicitly marked as attribution-free.

4. Redistribution

The Media or Derived Media MAY be redistributed, provided that:

a) Attribution requirements are preserved;
b) Any modifications are clearly indicated;
c) The redistribution does not misrepresent the origin of the Media.

5. Artificial Intelligence Use

Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the copyright holder:

a) The Media MAY be used as input to AI Systems for analysis,
   classification, or transformation purposes;

b) The Media MAY be used for training or fine-tuning AI Systems,
   provided that such use does not enable Reconstruction of the Media;

c) AI Systems trained on the Media MUST NOT enable Reconstruction of
   the Media or generate substantially similar outputs;

d) Use of the Media for training AI Systems intended primarily to
   generate competing or substitute media assets is NOT permitted
   unless expressly authorized by the copyright holder.

6. Prohibited Uses

The Media MUST NOT be used for:

a) Misrepresentation of authorship or origin;
b) Use in a manner that infringes trademarks, publicity rights,
   or applicable laws;
c) Extraction or use intended to enable Reconstruction where such
   Reconstruction is restricted.

7. No Patent or Trademark Grant

This License does not grant any express or implied patent or trademark
rights, except as necessary for permitted use of the Media.

8. No Warranty

THE MEDIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

Any violation of this License automatically and immediately terminates
the permissions granted herein.
