PROJECT TICK COMMERCIAL EXCEPTION Version 2, 2 February 2026 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Commercial Exception is an additional permission applicable to Works licensed under a Project Tick copyleft license. Notwithstanding the copyleft requirements of the applicable Project Tick license, the copyright holder may, at its discretion, grant additional permissions allowing the covered Work to be used, linked, combined, incorporated, deployed, or operated into proprietary or commercial products or services, pursuant to a separate written commercial agreement. This Commercial Exception is not self-executing and does not grant any rights unless and until a separate commercial agreement has been executed with the copyright holder.
