Permission is hereby granted to any person or entity obtaining a copy
of the licensed material (the "Work") to use the Work subject to the
terms and conditions set forth below.
This License governs the use of the Work in connection with artificial
intelligence systems, machine learning models, automated data
processing systems, and similar technologies.
This License does not replace, supersede, or modify any other license
applicable to the Work, except with respect to AI-related use as
explicitly stated herein.

1. Definitions
"Artificial Intelligence System" ("AI System") means any system,
model, pipeline, or process that performs tasks normally associated
with human intelligence, including but not limited to machine learning,
deep learning, neural networks, large language models, and statistical
or probabilistic learning systems.
"Training" means the process of using the Work, in whole or in part,
to influence, derive, or adjust the parameters, weights, embeddings,
latent representations, or internal state of an AI System.
"Inference" means the use of an AI System to generate Outputs without
modifying its parameters or internal representations.
"Output" means any result, prediction, classification, generation,
or response produced by an AI System.
"Reconstruction" means the ability of an AI System, whether directly
or indirectly, to reproduce, approximate, extract, or regenerate
substantial portions of the Work in a form that is recognizable,
attributable, or substantially similar to the original Work.
For the avoidance of doubt, Reconstruction does not include
irreversible statistical influence, abstract feature extraction,
or parameter adjustment, provided that no human-readable,
source-level, or substantially similar reproduction of the Work
is possible.
"Commercial Use" means use of an AI System in connection with
monetization, paid access, advertising, subscription services,
commercial products, or revenue-generating activities.

2. Human Use
Use of the Work by natural persons for reading, studying, modifying,
executing, or otherwise interacting with the Work without the use of
an AI System is unrestricted under this License.

3. Permitted AI Uses
Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the copyright holder, the Work
MAY be used for the following purposes, provided that such use does
not result in Reconstruction:
a) Indexing, classification, tagging, or metadata extraction;
b) Search, retrieval, and ranking;
c) Non-persistent analysis, including static or dynamic analysis;
d) Evaluation, benchmarking, or testing of AI Systems;
e) Inference-only use, where the Work is provided as input and is not
retained, memorized, or encoded into the AI System.
f) Temporary preprocessing necessary to enable the permitted uses
listed above, provided that such preprocessing does not result
in Reconstruction.

4. AI Training for Non-Commercial Research
The Work MAY be used for Training AI Systems solely for non-commercial
research purposes, provided that:
a) The trained AI System does not enable Reconstruction of the Work;
b) The Work is not intentionally memorized, encoded verbatim, or
recoverable from model parameters, embeddings, or Outputs;
c) The primary purpose of the AI System is not to replicate, replace,
or compete with the Work itself.
For the purposes of this License, non-commercial research does not
include research conducted for, on behalf of, or with the intent
to support commercial products, services, monetized platforms,
or revenue-generating activities, whether directly or indirectly.

5. Prohibited AI Uses
The Work MUST NOT be used for:
a) Training AI Systems intended to reproduce, substitute, or function
as a direct replacement for the Work;
b) Training AI Systems designed to emit source-identifiable,
license-identifiable, or attribution-stripping Outputs;
c) Dataset extraction or transformation intended to enable
Reconstruction;
d) Circumventing technical, legal, or attribution requirements
applicable to the Work.

6. Commercial AI Use
Use of the Work for Training, fine-tuning, or adaptation of AI Systems
intended for Commercial Use is NOT permitted under this License unless
expressly authorized by the copyright holder under a separate written
agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt, this License does not itself grant any
commercial AI rights.
Commercial Use includes internal, hosted, or third-party AI Systems
operated by or for the benefit of a commercial entity, regardless
of whether access to the AI System itself is offered for a fee.

7. Outputs and Derivative Restrictions
Outputs of an AI System trained or evaluated using the Work:
a) MUST NOT contain substantial portions of the Work;
b) MUST NOT enable reverse engineering, extraction, or Reconstruction
of the Work;
c) MUST NOT be marketed or represented as a substitute for the Work.
Nothing in this License grants permission to distribute the Work or
derivative works thereof, except as permitted under the applicable
underlying license.

8. Attribution
Where technically and reasonably feasible, AI Systems making use
of the Work must include attribution acknowledging such use.
Where direct system-level attribution is not feasible, such
attribution must be included in associated documentation, model
cards, system descriptions, or similar materials.

9. No Patent Grant
This License does not grant any express or implied patent rights.

10. No Warranty
THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination
Any violation of this License automatically and immediately terminates
the permissions granted herein. Termination is without prejudice to
any other rights or remedies available to the copyright holder under
applicable law, including injunctive relief.
